Home The Irvine Community Alliance Fund (ICAF) is a non-profit organization created to support the programs and services offered through the City of Irvine Community Services Department. ICAF was created to link individuals, organizations and businesses desiring to raise funds for programs and services offered through the Department. ICAF welcomes grant funding, as well as corporate and individual donations.

ICAF is operated by a Board of Directors consisting of community volunteers and

City of Irvine staff representatives. All regular meetings are open to the public.
